4.1 Project timelines will be provided in the project contract and are subject to change based on factors such as weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

1. Liability

5.1 Midwest Construction Solutions will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

5.2 The client is responsible for securing appropriate insurance coverage for the construction project.

1. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate the contract for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

6.2 Termination of the contract may result in payment for work completed up to the termination date.

1. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
